Liam and I have just returned from our Honeymoon and wanted to follow up with you to thank you and the rest of the team at the Portlaoise Heritage Hotel for making our wedding such a special day. We cannot praise the hotel enough. From our very first meeting with the Heritage right up to our wedding day the hotel was fantastic – particularly Victor. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. It went so smoothly we couldn't believe it. The whole day was faultless. Nothing was ever too much trouble and anytime we contacted you or the hotel you always rang us back or replied to emails promptly. The reception room looked amazing, the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. Our wedding was all we hoped for and more, and we will definitely recommend the Portlaoise Heritage Hotel to friends and family in the future. Thank you Carol once again for all your help. Holding our wedding at the hotel was definitely one of the best decisions we made. All our guests commented on the venue, great athmosphere, beautiful food and excellent service. We appreciate all the effort that you and your team put into making our wedding weekend so special for us.
I had my wedding reception in The Heritage almost a year ago. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff were very helpful, especially Victor, our wedding co-ordinator/ event manager. The hotel is very clean, modern and very reasonably priced. Our bridal suite was fabulous and we were treated like royalty... If I were to do it all again, I wouldnt change a thing...

Thank you all at the Portlaoise Heritage Hotel. You did absolutely a great job preparing, coordinating & looking after us. We loved every minute of it. The food was out of this world! I couldn't praise the hotel enough. The entire day was fantastic from the minute we arrived at the door to when we checked out. We were made to feel very special. The room looked great, the meal was gorgeaus, everything was so well organised. There were no delays and everything went smoothly. Probably what stood out most were the staff on the day, they couldn't do enough. It really was the best day of our lives and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
The hotel was fantastic on the day, every need was catered for and there were many people there to help at every moment of the day should we need them. We had a wonderful time and if we were doing it 10 times over again we'd always pick the Portlaoise Heritage Hotel for the reception.
